Beatrice Baldacci
Born in Città di Castello in 1993.
After having completed a year of studies in Psychological Sciences and Techniques at the University of Padua, in 2014 he enrolled in the cinema course at the Rome University of Fine Arts (RUFA), where he created the photographic project I find where I want which was exhibited at the Ducal Palace of Genoa.
In 2015 he attended the academy following courses in directing, cinematography and direction of photography with teachers Daniele Ciprì and Fabio Mollo. The same year he won the award for best cinematography at the 48 Hours Film Project.
In 2017 he graduated with honors presenting the short film Corvus Corax which won numerous national and international awards. In 2018 he attended the basic directing course at the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia with the teacher Claudio Cupellini, making the short film Attenti al Cane! He won the 2019 Zavattini Award during which he made the autobiographical documentary Superheroes without superpowers.
In 2021, he presented his first feature film at the 78th Venice Film Festival: La tana . The film focuses on a shy country boy who falls in love with a mysterious girl, who drags him into the violent hardships of a family illness.
